Dreadful huh?.......Well as most trends do, This one seems to be making its way back around again.....Shoulder pads have been spotted on the hottest runways (such as Gareth Pugh and Balenciaga) and been seen worn on the most fashionable celebs, and dare i say it, it's quite chic......
So what do you guys think of the shoulder pad trend, Yeh or Neh?
